A new diagnosis or changes in memory can bring many questions for families. Join us for an informative and supportive conversation about when it may be time to consider a move to a Memory Care community.
We’ll discuss common questions families face, including what to do after a diagnosis, when additional support may be helpful, and when care at home may no longer be the best or safest option. Our team will share practical insights and guidance to help families navigate the journey with confidence.
Guests will also have the opportunity to create a meaningful memory box and framed keepsake, a simple way to celebrate and preserve cherished memories with loved ones.
